Here are my baby grape vines, the deer keep eating back any new growth, maybe time to eat some deer!
ahh...the ramps, my spring heroes.....
and some very abundant mushrooms popping up all over. Wonder if you can eat these? I'm not going to find out.

Hope the deer stay away from your grape vines..the mushrooms are beautiful but I, too, would be afraid to eat them! I'll never forget when one of my sisters was was very young, she had come in the house and announced that she had eaten a mushroom... the mushrooms in the yard were not edible and it was a frightening time, til we knew that she might not have eaten it or not enough of it. Funny how when I see wild mushrooms I still think of that time!
What a shame that the deer keep eating your grape vines. We live too close to town to have trouble with deer, but the rabbits make up for it. They eat everything I plant!
I think you're right not to eat the mushrooms!
