Occasionally I will bake a ham, just for left-overs.
I love to broil thin pieces of ham to serve with low and slow scrambled eggs, sliced avocado and english muffins.
Split pea soup with ham was my father's favorite - I like to make that when I am missing him more than usual.
Extra delicious with homemade croutons.
Grilled ham and cheese sandwiches/paninis on rye....obvious choice.
I'd love to know some of your favorite leftover ideas....

On Sundays I usually cook a lot of food to save for the week and I think next Sunday I will be making a ham!!

when i was growing up, i never liked ham... now i love it. and when easter comes around... i am in heaven. we also had one for christmas... LOVE the ham sandwiches... they are simple and my favorite! thanks for the fun post.. x pam
I love leftover ham too..(i have that all clad roasting pan too...don't you love it?)
Leftover ham: a recipe out of an old James Beard book..
place pieces of leftover ham in cuisinart..add some sweet pickle ( i know, i don't like sweet pickle either..but it's good here)..the add a couple dollops of dijon and mayo and whirl away..deviled ham for sandwhiches..and they are good . .. and i don't even like pickles or mayo but i like this...
